Terms for using Pass the G1

Last updated: May 13, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of Pass the G1, including the website, question previews, study tools, accounts, and paid access plans.

1. About the service

Pass the G1 provides Ontario G1 study content, practice questions, learning paths, and related educational tools. The service is intended to help learners prepare for the Ontario G1 knowledge test, but it is not affiliated with the Government of Ontario and does not guarantee any exam result.

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email and password or an enabled sign-in provider such as Google. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account.

3. Free and paid access

Some features may be available for free, while other quizzes or study tools may require paid access. Paid plans are offered for fixed access periods, such as one month, two months, or three months, as described at checkout.

Access is generally activated after successful payment and may expire automatically at the end of the purchased period unless an additional plan is purchased.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details in the application. Prices, taxes, and available plans may change over time. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment for the selected access plan.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reproduce protected content at scale, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

6. Content and intellectual property

The site design, question sets, explanations, illustrations, branding, and other materials on Pass the G1 are owned by us or used under appropriate rights, unless otherwise stated. You may use the service for personal study use only and may not copy, republish, resell, or distribute substantial portions of the content without permission.

7. Educational use only

Pass the G1 is an educational resource. It does not provide legal advice, driving instruction certification, or official government testing services. You remain responsible for reviewing official Ontario sources and meeting all licensing requirements.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content will remain unchanged.

9. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, misused the service, or created risk for the platform or other users.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pass the G1 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
